The
Villa - inside
![]() |
Our villa is situated on the edge of Quesada, adjoining Rojales, and overlooks the community garden and pool, the sixteenth hole of of La Marquesa golf course, and accross the valley to the villas on the other side. There are also distant views of the Crevillente Mountains. |
The villa has two comfortably furnished bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with large fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a full-size bath, high-pressure shower, washbasin, bidet and w.c. The kitchen is separate from the siting room and is equipped with granite work surfaces, a four-ring halogen hob, fridge-freezer, combination microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and electric juicer. |

The living room includes a three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa and a dining table and chairs. The sofas do not convert to beds, and so the maximum occupancy is therefore normally four, although we do have an additional folding bed (190cm x 78cm) and, by arrangement, can accept an additional child at a small extra charge. |
For a child requiring a cot, hire of this and any other baby equipment you may require can be arranged at very reasonable prices. We make no extra rental charge for an additional child in a cot. The villa is equipped with ceiling fans throughout, top-of-the-range air-conditioning in the sitting/dining room, and also heating if required occasionally in the winter evenings. |
There is a flat-screen TV, a DVD/CD player and a small selection of CD's and DVD's. A safe is available free-of-charge for the use of guests, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer in each bedroom and plenty of hangers. |
| Good quality bed linen and towels are provided, but you will need to bring your own towels for the pool or beach please. We also ask you to respect the fact that the villa is strictly no-smoking indoors. |

Villa - outside

The living room opens onto the terrace, which has a table and chairs, ideal for alfresco dining. Steps lead down to our garden, where we provide two sun-beds for your use. At the front of the villa is a further garden area, of which part is paved and equipped with another table and chairs. To avoid leaving your car on the road, you are able to park securely on our driveway. |
Access to the villa and to the pool involves steps and is therefore, unfortunately, not wheelchair-friendly. Please note also that the area around the villa is hilly. The pool - You are probably aware that, in Spain, developments are often divided into a number of small communities, with each community often sharing a pool. |
![]() |
Very few of the properties in our particular community are rented out, and so the numbers using our pool are less than in areas where there is a high concentration of holiday lets - People on holiday probably visit the pool most days but those who live there all the time don't need to. [See some of the comments from our guests, for instance Joanna & Stuart in July 2009, Sarah & Eddie in August 2008, Denise and Stuart in July 2007, Henry and Shirley in August 2006 and others]. |
You will have direct access from the villa to the pool area, but access by other residents is via a locked gate, to which only they and their guests have a key. The pool is larger than those on most communities, has a separate shallow section for children, showers and extensive sunbathing areas, equipped with sun beds for your use. |
