Our Spanish villa is situated in the prestigious development of Ciudad Quesada, adjacent to the typically Spanish town of Rojales in the province of Alicante on the beautiful Costa Blanca, only ten minutes drive from 12km of wonderful golden sandy beach at Guardamar, and easily accessible from either Alicante or Murcia airports.
The villa is in an elevated position above the shared private pool and our guests find it the perfect place to relax and unwind. If you want noisy bars and clubs next door then this is not the place for you, but you will nevertheless find a supermarket, bars and restaurants within 800m, and the walk back up the hills will keep you fit! On the way you pass the club house of La Marquesa golf course and the villa actually overlooks one of the holes so golf enthusiasts are also well catered for!
We do recommend that guests need to hire a car, not only for convenience, but also to explore more of this lovely area. As part of our service, we are able to arrange discounted car hire for our guests.
This part of the Costa Blanca averages over 320 days sun and is an all year round destination, particularly popular in the winter with golfers and bowls players.
